The fact that …
The fact that you’re so young certainly works to your advantage, and it sounds like you’re pretty healthy. The most important things for you to do right now is: get regular exercise, quit chewing tobacco (the risk of heart disease and mouth cancer is high), watch your weight, manage the stress in your life, and generally live a healthy lifestyle.

So, if I’m male then I’m automatically prone to this disease??? YIKES ARE U SERIOUSE? I mean, I’m only 23 and I stay active. But sometimes when I get stressed I feel a smal bit of heart pain and I chew tobacco. Now on the upside I do strengthen my heart with regular frequent cardio exercise…
So will I have somethin to worry about when I get older?
